Return Policy

• You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:Unused, unworn, and unwashed.In its original condition with all tags attached.Returned in its original packaging.
• Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong size, a damaged item, or wish to exchange your product, simply contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.

Our support team will guide you through the exchange process. Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address, and your replacement item will be dispatched after the returned product is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Products requested for return after the 3-day return period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your request. If approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed according to our refund procedure.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
